Priority Lists

Priority Lists allows you to create standard sets of list of priorities such as :

1. Set 1: Normal , High, Critical

2. Set 2: Cold, Warm, Hot

like wise you can create multiple lists

We will use these lists to associate them with business processes.

For example, Set 2 will be good for sales enquiry while Set 1 can be good for customer complaint.

similarly you can derive / define your own set. Set of three is suggested though you can have any number of priorities in the set.
